New-CAME Super Heavy Duty Flaking Mill is for rupturing oil cells and forming a flaked shape with 12 to 15 mils thickness. Flaking mill features one set of chilled iron rolls, fluted roll feeder-belt differential drive-belt main drive with motor, along with individual pressure controls from a central hydraulic pump for hydraulic roll pressure adjustment ,long life tapered roller bearings, a magnetized bar trap to remove tramp metal from feed stream weighted type mid steel roll cleaning method of purging spent grease from shaft bearings and a double idler sheave V-belt differential drive designed for gas of correcting belt slack. |
