NewCAME is manufacturing the complete cotton ginning plant and machinery. Our best design saw gins of different capacities are used in modern cotton ginning Units. This system feed the cotton seed into spike rolls. The cotton seed is slightly moved at the wire screen which is placed at the bottom of spike rolls. In this process a pneumatic vacuum is applied on screen. Due to this process there is no fiber loss of cotton seed and elements.

It consists of four heavy duty spikes rolls and cleans the seed cotton from dust, trash and motes.
