STICK MACHINE

In the Modern Ginning, a new concept has been introduced as to clean the seed cotton before ginning. To imply this idea, NewCAME has designed the stick machine.

Using the Stick Machine, the brackets sticks and motes from cotton seed are eliminated. It also enhances the Ginning Process due to the reduction of the contamination from the cotton seed.

In this system, three cutters are used for picking the bracket sticks and motes. Two number of Air Rolls are built. Through a screen the sticks are tackled from cotton seed.

It is ideal for stick, green leaf and hull removal.
