All the Research and Analysis work for the design and Mechanical working of Superior-GIN has been done in complete technical collaboration of Pakistan Engineering Develpment Board, under the supervision of Ministry of Industries.

NewCame is manufacturing the complete cotton ginning plant and machine. Our best feature design is super saw gins of different capacities are used in modern cotton ginning units. In this system two feeding rolls are located at the top of machines for uniform feeding with feed adjustment system. Then the seed cotton passes through a wire screen with the help of six numbers spike rolls. In this process the cotton seed is prepared for ginning. Heavy duty saws shift cotton seed with the help of air nozzle. Applying the extra air white lint closes towards the battery condenser.

SAW GIN is used to separate the lint cotton from the seed with the help of ribs and saws. An air nozzle is provided to clean the saws from the lint for further ginning. Also four spikes rolls are provided for cleaning the seed cotton.
